Job Description
1. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. 2. Conducting regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential issues. 3. Troubleshooting mechanical problems and determining the most effective repair methods. 4. Installing new mechanical systems or components, following technical drawings, manuals, and safety guidelines. 5. Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings to ensure optimal operation and reduce energy consumption. 6. Performing repairs on factory machines and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. 7. Conducting preventative maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and avoid unexpected breakdowns. 8. Troubleshooting emergency breakdowns, ensuring quick restoration of functionality to reduce operational interruptions. 9. Installing parts, equipment, and systems accurately, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. 10. Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures during all maintenance activities. 11. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for future reference. 12. Performing any additional tasks related to the job title as required.
